Our clients wanted to refurbish this three storey maisonette with a view to rent the property to a higher bracket of tenant. We convinced the clients to reconfigure the flat, moving a half-landing kitchen into what was a double reception, in line with more modern open-plan living. The old kitchen allowed space for a new laundry, cloakroom and guest toilet. Our brief for the three existing bedrooms was to create additional much needed storage, redesigning three bathrooms and finally, a new lighting scheme and an overhaul of the house’s finishes for the boutique effect our clients were going for.
