New built unique modern Family House in London

We undertook the development of a sustainable new build  private residential house within a conservation area and overlooking Golder’s Hill Park. Within the parameters of a luxury residential project, the design of the house aims at maximizing the use of sustainable technologies. Openings are carefully oriented while keeping good regard of the views and conservatories and intermediate spaces buffer the interface between interior and exterior. A ground source heat pump and a heat exchange within the air recovery system were introduced to make best use of the air tightness of the envelope.
