Interior Design incorparating bespoke joinery

This duplex Penthouse in Westminster was acquired by our clients form the developers that converted the well-proportioned Art Deco Block of flats. We were commissioned to do the interior design for the new furniture and bespoke pieces of joinery while also revising the lighting and special requirements of the clients.

The result is a contemporary elegant place with a good combination of new and vintage pieces which adds to the character of the place. Bright walls and bolt colours bring texture and light, while bedrooms are treated with warmer colours and wall papers to create the feel of comfort.

The second level although with very tall ceiling is within the newly built Mansard roof of the building. This created a problem as there were few straight wall in this area. We design a piece of joinery that rectify that issue by hiding the sloping ceiling within the unit that provides shelving, storage and a moving element which slides to reveal the large format TV.
