Lima Flat Renovation with Views over the Pacific

This Lima flat renovation transformed a spacious 1980s flat overlooking the Pacific Ocean on the coast of Lima. The client wanted a complete renovation while preserving elements of the space’s original character — achieved by retaining features such as the travertine marble flooring in the entrance and dining room, the travertine and green marble in the guest bathroom, and the original parquet flooring in the living room. To meet the client’s needs, we removed an existing room to create a more generous guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, alongside a master bedroom with a spacious walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. The concrete ceilings were lowered to position lighting where it was needed, with coffered ceilings maximising height where necessary. All joinery is bespoke, including wood-veneered doors with marquetry detailing, and we also advised on and selected all loose furniture, furnishings, decorative lighting and objets d’art.
