Mews House Renovation in Belsize Park

This mews house renovation in Belsize Park reimagined the ground floor of a 1990s home within a gated development. The brief was to open the ground floor into one generous space containing the kitchen and living area, relocating the guest WC into former cupboard space to free the plan. Glazed doors to the rear patio bring light deep into the new open space and connect it to the outside.

Throughout the ground floor, new porcelain flooring with electric underfloor heating provides a clean, continuous surface, while the existing fireplace was retained as a feature. Bespoke built-in joinery conceals the television, and a new Dada kitchen with integrated appliances anchors the space, completed by a lighting scheme designed for the open plan
