Rear extension and Hard Landscaping to a Challenging Plot in NW3

This 1970s terrace was subject to extensive renovation, including a rear extension, landscaping and interior design. The kitchen was redone to include an open-plan living room, leading out to the existing split-level patio. The first-floor living room was also renovated, with new engineered timber flooring, French doors and a Juliette balcony. A design scheme incorporating mid-century and contemporary elements was made to complement the original staircase.
